Validering av nytt HPLC-system for analyse av biogene aminer (BIOLAB-metode A55)

Abstract

Det ble validert et nytt HPLC-system for analyse av biogene aminer (BIOLAB-metode A55). Det nye instrumentet er en Agilent 1260 Infinity II, som erstatter en Perkin Elmer Series 200. Det er ingen endringer i metodens prinsipp eller prøvematriser. Riktighet, presisjon og linearitet ble vurdert, og valideringen demonstrerte at ytelsen til instrumentet er som forventet. Rapporten er gjennomgått av Norsk Akkreditering og instrumentet er godkjent for akkrediterte analyser fra og med 13. november 2020.

A new HPLC system for analysis of biogenic amines was validated (BIOLAB method A55). The new instrument is an Agilent 1260 Infinity II, which replaces a Perkin Elmer Series 200. There are no changes in the method principle or sample matrices. Accuracy, precision, and linearity were assessed, and the validation demonstrated that the performance of the instrument is as expected. The report has been reviewed by Norwegian Accreditation and the instrument has been approved for accredited analyzes as of November 13th 2020.
