dc.description.abstractThe aim of the research project is to explore future trends and potential market opportunities for farmed salmon in France. Based on a survey carried out with French salmon industrialists, traders and sociologists, this project identifies the major factors that will influence salmon consumption in the 10 years to come and the fields where relevant intervention would most likely stimulate further growth.
